International Women's Day 2023

Today is no ordinary Wednesday.
Wednesday 8th March marks International Women's Day, and as a network the WLN loves to gather together to celebrate, inspire, and learn from our fellow women.
This year we were joined by the fantastic business coach Aleks Marcinkowska. Aleks has joined us for virtual network meetings previously and always leads engaging discussions about various topics, including stress management, leadership, and in today's instance: the DISC model of personality types and how to navigate this in the workplace as lawyers.
DISC is a unique model for business driven entrepreneurs, helping them to focus on their strengths and talents; and supporting women to focus on their needs and understand the way they behave and react.
