Italy: bureau Plattner, MPRD & Partners and Fante in Gemkom's acquisition of SBM-IRFI

Gemkom, one of Turkey's leading engineering and manufacturing companies in the steel sector, assisted by MPRD & Partners, has acquired 100 percent of the shares of SBM-IRFI Srl, based in the province of Brescia, a leader in the design, construction, and erection of medium-heavy carpentry for the steel, petrochemical, energy, and other sectors, whose shareholders were assisted by bureau Plattner and Fante Group.
bureau Plattner assisted the shareholders of SBM-IRFI with all legal and structuring aspects of the transaction, with a team headed by partners Massimo Petrucci and Carlo Gurioli , assisted by senior associate Federica Getilli for labor law matters and payroll manager Sabino Piattone for all labor advisory matters. Fante Group handled the financial aspects, with a team led by partner Mattia Patti, assisted by senior Sergio Colombo.
MPRD & Partners, with a team led by managing partner Marco Pezzetta, assisted by partners Manuela Della Picca for legal aspects as well as partner Marco Kraner and associate Mattia Mestroni for financial aspects, assisted Gemkom in the acquisition transaction.
