Hotel:
The conference is taking place at the Oberoi, a stunning 5-star hotel located on Marine Drive in Mumbai. There are three room rates currently available:
- Luxury Room: ₹19,000 per night (approximately EUR 210) excluding taxes
- Bay View Room: ₹24,500 per night (approximately EUR 320) excluding taxes
- Ocean View Room: ₹29,000 per night (approximately EUR 376) excluding taxes

Important notes on booking:
- We have a block of rooms reserved for WLN until Friday 25th August 2023.
- Cancellation policy: Guaranteed reservations may be cancelled 60 days prior to date of arrival without any cancellation charge. Cancellations received less than 60 days prior to arrival will incur 100% cancellation charge of the entire stay including applicable taxes and fees.
Registration:
Please register here via the form on the top-right hand corner of the page by Friday 15th September 2023. Once you have registered via the App, you will receive an email from Hannah with a Google form to complete your registration.
Draft programs and delegate fees will be announced in the coming weeks. If your firm has not yet used its complimentary conference pass this year, we strongly encourage you to join us and use it towards Mumbai.
