Slavi Mikinski is the founder and a managing partner of the Mikinski & Partners Law Firm. Slavi  has a master's degree in law from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski” and has been a member of the Sofia Bar Association since 2006. He specialized in American Institutions and US Law at Tulane University in the USA and American Business Law at the University of Texas in the USA.

Adv. Mikinski loves working with students and young professionals and is a regular lecturer at 9Academy - a business academy for young entrepreneurs. He has been with the academy since 2014, where he teaches courses in corporate law and basics of law for starting a business. He has numerous publications in specialized publications on corporate and business issues and he conducts seminars in the field of anti-money laundering measures .

In the period 2009-2021, Atty. Mikinski was a managing partner at Kreston BulMar Ltd. - a leading consulting company in Bulgaria. He was responsible for the legal service of the company's clients, and his professional competence covers the areas of commercial, tax, labor insurance and property law. Also from  2009 to 2021 he was chairman of the Sofia Arbitration Court.

Adv. Nina Stoeva joined the team of the Mikinski & Partners Law Firm in 2014 and is currently one of the two managing partners in the law firm. She has a Master's degree in Law from the New Bulgarian University and a member of the Sofia Bar Association since 2015.

She has in-depth expertise in the areas of corporate law, commercial transactions and labor law. She  has significant experience in the restructuring of large and developed businesses, as well as in the transformation of Bulgarian and foreign companies of various scales. In her professional activity she conducts transactions both on the side of the buyer and on the side of the seller. 

Adv. Stoeva is a leading consultant on personal data protection, advising clients on the development and implementation of specific internal rules to bring their activities in line with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR). She has been selected as a Data Protection Officer (DPO) by large and reputable companies with diverse activities.

As a qualified expert she gives seminars on current legal issues in the field of labor and commercial law. Nina  is the author of numerous articles and opinions on labor law and trade topics and she conducts training in the field of personal data and measures against money laundering.
