The historic building in which The Albus Hotel is located has been sold to an investor. The seller has been legally supported in this beautiful transaction by our real estate specialist Tim Boer (partner Real Estate at Labré advocaten). The Albus Hotel is a modern luxury boutique hotel, which is very popular with visitors to Amsterdam. The transaction is extra special because the hotel sector has (had) a hard time during the Covid-19 pandemic.
