MK-Law is a business law and dispute resolution law firm with a focus on corporate, contract, tax and employment law as well as intellectual property rights. The firm is a Swiss army knife in law for its clients, emphasizing high quality and efficient legal services.

In addition to clients operating purely in Finland, the firm’s clientele includes Finnish companies doing business abroad and foreign companies operating in Finland. “Our clients range from local mid-sized companies to large international corporations”, says Jan Långstedt, partner at MK-Law. The firm also has a subsidiary in Russia.

Jan Långstedt said: "We are honoured to be part of the Warwick Legal Network and look forward to strengthening our international practice with the help of the network and naturally also look forward to assisting the other members firms in matters related to Finland or Russia."

Stuart Miller, Managing Director of WLN said: "We're so excited that MK-Law has joined WLN, thus extending our network's presence in the Nordic & Baltic region.  The local team is commercially focused with all the skills needed to assist in inward investment into the region.
