Merger - Flood Herslow Holme Advokatbyrå

WLN member Flood Advokatbyrå, Stockholm, and Herslow & Holme Advokatbyrå in Malmö, the capital of Sweden's metropolitan area in the South, have merged their respective operations and, as from 1 January, operate law firm practice as Flood Herslow Holme Advokatbyrå.

The firm initially has approximately 25 employees, of whom 20 are legal practitioners. The firm has 6 partners.

Flood Herslow Holme’s core practice area is commercial law, focusing on listed and unlisted companies and on working with owners (private individuals, landowners, contractors, investment companies, private equity firms, etc.). The firm assists the owner by adopting a comprehensive approach and thereupon providing cutting edge legal expertise to the legal entities through which the owners operate. In this respect, there is thus no change compared with the situation prior to the merger.

Through the merger, Flood Herslow Holme, will be able to more efficiently provide advisory services and handle the geographic overlap, implement larger transactions, while continuing to employ the individual approach to clients and their needs which has been important for both organisations.

In addition, our clients have a similar geographic spread, with concentrations in the Skåne and Stockholm regions. Furthermore, for a long time each firm has employed a comprehensive approach in its advisory services by also assuming responsibility for identifying commercial solutions which suit the client.”
